Priya Shah, DDS
Dr. Priya Shah began her journey in dentistry in 2012, working as both a dental assistant & receptionist while pursuing a bachelor’s degree in biological sciences with a minor in Spanish at Rutgers University. She studied abroad in Salamanca, Spain & Paris, France, broadening her global perspective, & she also participated in dental mission trips to provide care to underserved communities in Ghana & the Dominican Republic.
Following her undergraduate studies, Dr. Shah earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from New York University College of Dentistry & then further honed her clinical training through a General Practice Residency at the world-renowned Mount Sinai Hospital in New York. A lifelong learner, Dr. Shah is continually advancing her knowledge through continuing education courses, including implantology training at The Misch Implant Institute & aesthetic dentistry coursework with Dr. David Hornbrook. She is also a proud member of the American Dental Association.
Deeply committed to community outreach, Dr. Shah actively participates in philanthropic initiatives such as Give Kids A Smile, the Special Olympics & Smiles For Life Foundation. She is a strong advocate for patient education & believes in making quality oral healthcare accessible to all—locally & globally. Dr. Shah’s personal motto, “Every Patient, Every Time,” reflects her unwavering commitment to providing every patient with attentive, compassionate & state-of-the-art dental care.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Shah is an avid traveler & food enthusiast. Her adventures have taken her to places like Patagonia in Chile, & she enjoys cooking, baking & crafting her own recipes in her free time.
